During these acts, I was blindfolded and my neck was forcibly cracked. I state that these acts were carried out with the participation of Professor Müfit Uğur, Emine Gedik, whom I had not seen for [45] years, Yalçın Gedik, Fehmi Gedik, and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.I submitted a complaint to the Turkish Medical Association concerning this matter and received a written response. The relevant petition records are available in the institution’s correspondence office. As the petitions were registered due to referral procedures, this matter may also be traceable through the records of the World Medical Association. Professor Müfit Uğur gave a statement admitting the act of torture; however, I did not file a direct complaint against him.Emine Gedik disseminated audio recordings that were repeatedly rehearsed and recorded through social media. These recordings, which contain no video footage, are entirely fabricated and rehearsed audio recordings. Since Emine Gedik has a deep voice, she is publicly mistaken for a man. I state that she instructed Türksat by saying, “remove this part, cut it,” and that I learned her identity as a result of a telephone conversation with Bayram Atasoy.The perpetrators of the acts of monitoring and surveilling my home through Marconi-brand tactical radios and sending me obscene messages are Emine Gedik, Yalçın Gedik, and Fehmi Gedik. Following the torture, my residence continued to be monitored by these individuals. I have only an [8]-month history of social-media use.Activities for the establishment of the “Maveraünnehir Sema Çalgav Party” are being conducted solely at my residence. A lawsuit has been filed against the requirement under the Political Parties Law that a party must have [30] members. Through my lawyer, petitions were sent for the ambassadors to the United Nations Security Council to intervene in the case, and the required fees and receipts were paid.Under the political model of the Maveraünnehir Party, the commitments of the Central Executive Decision-Making Board are made binding through notarized letters of undertaking. Despite the surveillance of my home, attacks were carried out against both me and my mother by placing a sign reading “Kentli Party” at my residence.The individuals in question continue to produce unfounded recordings on social media using my home, allegedly for the purpose of portraying a person whose real name is Fehmi Gedik as a prophet under the name “Abdülmetin Metin.” I request that copies of all such fabricated audio recordings and social-media content be delivered to me. I am also aware that my tablet and telephone are being monitored remotely.I declare that these individuals are of Armenian origin and that they are the children of the biological maternal uncles of Bayram Atasoy, Mustafa Atasoy, Naciye Atasoy, and Hanife Atasoy. Fehmi Gedik is [1.86\ \mathrm{m}] tall, Yalçın Gedik is [1.70\ \mathrm{m}] tall, and Emine Gedik is [1.68\ \mathrm{m}] tall. Fehmi Gedik and Yalçın Gedik are married.I would also like to state that, prior to the Yalova earthquake, seismic warning signs—including fish deaths, the receding of the sea, water not entering certain areas, and changes in water color—were concealed from the public through covert censorship. As a result of the concealment of this information, the AK Party was brought to power. Had all of Türkiye learned these facts before the earthquake occurred, the AK Party and Tayyip Erdoğan could not have become President.
