To the Respective Authorized Authorities,
- Notification of Proposal and Intellectual Property Rights: The operational engineering model concerning the restoration of deep aquifer formations via vertical shafts and TBM tunnel reinforcement across the Salton Rift Basin, California fault lines, the Canadian Shield, and Australian Cratons; the mitigation of seismic risk through pore-pressure management; and the subsequent release and extraction of lithium, gold, and strategic mineral deposits was developed by me, Fehim Calgav, and submitted to official registration channels.
- Assertion of Sovereign Ownership and Objection to Usurpation: Precious metal and mineral reserves (including gold, lithium, and rare earth elements) exposed through this hydrological and geological restoration methodology belong strictly to the sovereign resources of the respective nations (Canada, Australia, and the United States) and the original intellectual property holder of this methodology. All rights of disposal claimed by unauthorized third parties or intermediary entities attempting to exploit registered and public data streams to migrate and obtain unauthorized mining exploration or operational permits are null and void.
- Enforcement and Restitution Demands:
- Immediate revocation of all unauthorized third-party concessions and mining permits associated with lithium and gold extraction projects commissioned via this engineering model,
- Reassignment and confiscation of mining zones and licenses acquired through irregular channels, transferring them directly to state treasuries and the verified rights holder,
- Full allocation and delivery of intellectual property royalties and patent-derived compensations to the registered rights holder.
