II. Özkurt Plaza Apartment

Directly opposite my two-story house with a garden stands Özkurt Plaza Apartment.

I have observed cameras, recording equipment, and various electronic devices installed at the entrance and across the exterior façade of Özkurt Plaza Apartment. The viewing orientation of these devices appears to be directed toward the entrance of my personal residence rather than being limited to the apartment’s own entrance and common premises. In particular, I hold serious concerns that my movements are being monitored and recorded whenever I exit my property.

Previously, a thick iron service pole stood on the building façade near the first-floor level, adjacent to the signage reading “Özkurt Plaza.” I observed that this pole was suitable for anchoring an access ladder or a hook mechanism of roughly 3 to 4 meters in length for maintaining the façade lettering or equipment.

Subsequently, this structural pole was dismantled and replaced with chrome-plated metal elements extending across up to three stories of the building. The grounds for dismantling the original pole, the exact technical purpose of the newly installed metal structures, whether these alterations conform to municipal building permits and approved architectural blueprints, and whether they interface with surveillance cameras or electronic setups remain undetermined by me.

Accordingly, I request an on-site technical inspection of these structural elements, as well as an administrative audit of the relevant permits, licenses, and zoning records.

Auditory phenomena and impact sounds resembling footsteps on timber flooring heard inside my residence correspond to the direction of this platform. Furthermore, digital cable junction enclosures and telecommunication distribution boxes are mounted near the front perimeter of my residence. With the aggregate presence of security cameras, perimeter railings, overhead conduits, junction boxes, and related hardware, the immediate perimeter of my residence is surrounded by dense electronic infrastructure.

I request that municipal teams, authorized telecommunications providers, and technical experts examine the legal ownership, operational scope, signal transmission pathways, and recording capabilities of these boxes and cabling assemblies.

VI. Incidents of 2023 Within My Residence

In 2023, while working alone inside my home on a computer regarding health and wellness cabin projects, I distinctly observed acoustic sounds resembling domestic fowl (chickens) originating from the surrounding area, accompanied by audible spoken expressions perceived as “there can be no husband” and “there can be no father.”
