2. In light of the field and security analyses I have conducted, it is highly probable that this unit—positioned directly on the school access route utilized compulsorily every day by primary school children (ages 6–10) and parents—was established as an unauthorized, rogue initiative completely outside the corporate intent, oversight, and knowledge of the Federation of Idea Clubs (FKF) or legitimate campus-based idea clubs.
3. It is observed that this entity, utilizing the historic prestige and nomenclature of the Idea Clubs as an operational shield, is attempting to mobilize university youth, local youth circles, and amateur sports club supporter groups to form a physical presence along the school perimeter path, congregating parents under the pretext of “solidarity” to set the stage for provocative actions. This method reflects a textbook operational pattern of past provocation cycles, wherein innocent citizen bases and youth clubs were thrust into severe criminal liability (Articles 214, 216, and 312 of the Turkish Penal Code).
4. In consideration of the likelihood that the Federation of Idea Clubs and the leadership of legitimate university clubs remain unaware of these suspicious individuals or groups instrumentalizing your institutional brand, youth dynamic, and symbols as provocation material 10 meters before a primary school gate, it has become an imperative duty to issue a direct warning to your central leadership. These actors, who trade on your institutional name while executing an agenda entirely independent of you, are dragging your corporate legal standing, your student base, and associated sports club environments directly into a judicial trap.
5. Within this framework, I demand that the General Headquarters and competent executive bodies of the Idea Clubs:
   • Immediately clarify whether this facility operating on the school access path, located 10–15 meters from Feyzullah Primary School in Maltepe Feyzullah Neighborhood, is an official subordinate unit or an authorized project space sanctioned by your headquarters;
   • If this entity has been organized outside your authorization and knowledge, immediately issue an official public disclaimer and file criminal complaints with judicial authorities to prevent the asymmetric, provocative exploitation of your corporate reputation around a primary school perimeter;
   • Instigate an immediate internal administrative inquiry to identify the individuals who established this mechanism, ensuring that youth affiliated with universities and sports clubs are not instrumentalized by this illicit school-front operation.
