(It is requested to investigate the claim that these acquisitions serve as a “tacit compensation” or a systemic attempt to cover up the torture and human rights violations I was subjected to in 2009.)
- Vatan Police Headquarters Official Announcements: Official press releases and inventory records published on the Istanbul Police Department’s website regarding the commissioning ceremonies of these maritime vessels.
- Vehicle and Location Records (ALPR – Automatic License Plate Recognition)
- Vehicle Plate 34 HN 3035: Subpoena of ALPR and EDS (Electronic Detection System) records proving my entry and exit to the Istanbul Police Headquarters on Vatan Street with the vehicle bearing plate 34 HN 3035 on the dates of the incidents (2009 and thereafter).
- Vatan Headquarters Surveillance Archives: Investigation of (archived) footage from corridors and areas through which I was led while blindfolded, specifically the women’s restroom area within the Vatan Police Headquarters where the alleged torture occurred, and a review of the duty rosters for those dates.
- Judicial and Digital Records
- Prosecutorial Directive: The status of the official directive issued in 2009 by Prosecutor Hacı Mehmet Tuluğ regarding “the inspection of my computer by the Cyber Crimes Bureau.” (An inquiry into why the forensic inspection was not conducted in accordance with the law despite the directive.)
- Email Archives: The archive of emails I sent reporting the situation, including threats of intervention via fighter jets and the preparation of defamatory plots against me (to be submitted as Annex-1).
- Identification of Individuals and Witness Testimonies
- The legal identification and investigation of the links between the 2009 case file and the individuals mentioned: Emine Gedik, Mehmet Oacacı and his daughter, and relevant personnel from the dialysis center in the Maltepe/Küçükyalı region.
