Headline: Our Pain Is Real, Our Evidence Exists 🕊️⚖️

This is not just a political claim.
This is the lived reality of a mother and a child who were mistreated while seeking medical care in their own country.

My name is Sema Calgav. Together with my mother, we experienced pressure, humiliation, and treatment in hospitals that we believe violated our most basic human rights.

We did not stay silent.
Between 2020 and 2023, we submitted multiple formal patient-rights complaints to hospital Patient Rights Units regarding what we endured. These complaints, officially filed in the hospital system, are concrete evidence of what happened to us and when it happened.

In parallel, we filed legal petitions and lawsuits to challenge violations of our right to vote and to be elected, and to defend our constitutional and human rights. Every step was taken through lawful channels, documented and recorded.

We also founded rights-based initiatives such as World Universal Law Platform and World Universal Human Rights Platform, to transform our personal pain into a broader struggle for justice and accountability. Our aim is to build a culture where no one — no institution, no political actor — stands above the law.

Our message is clear:

• Our story is not fiction; it is supported by written complaints and official records.
• Our path is not revenge; it is lawful resistance against injustice.
• Our goal is not chaos; it is a country where hospitals, courts, and all institutions respect human dignity.

If a mother and her child can be treated this way for seeking help and justice, then every citizen has a reason to care.

We invite everyone who believes in human rights, the rule of law, and human dignity to stand with us, to ask questions, and to demand a system where such abuses cannot be repeated.

Our pain is real.
Our evidence exists.
Our struggle is for a safer, fairer future for all.
