My name is Fehim Calgav, and together with my mother we carry the scars of years of mistreatment that no citizen should ever face in hospitals, the very places meant to heal us; between 2020 and 2023, we submitted multiple official patient-rights complaints to hospital Patient Rights Units about the pressure, humiliation, and unlawful treatment we were subjected to, and these written complaints are not opinions or rumours but concrete, dated evidence recorded in the system; in response to broader violations of our fundamental rights – including our right to vote and to be elected – we filed formal petitions and lawsuits to defend our constitutional and human rights, choosing the path of law instead of silence, fear, or revenge; at the same time, we founded World Universal Law Platform and World Universal Human Rights Platform and linked them with professional bodies in order to turn our personal pain into an institutional struggle for justice, accountability, and the rule of law, so that no institution, no political structure, no “front party” or hidden network can stand above the law; our message is simple but uncompromising: our pain is real, our documentation exists, our struggle is lawful, and we are fighting not only for ourselves, but for every citizen who wants to live in a country where hospitals respect patient rights, courts protect the vulnerable, and politics can no longer be used as a shield for impunity.
