A Symbolic Naval Exercise Against Disease and Decay in Open Waters

Today is Thursday, April 9, 2026.

In 2018, I was tortured by Professor Müfit Uğur. Many boxes were brought to our street from Ülker, and although my mother was not sick, she was made to appear ill through pharmacological attacks for a week. I cannot leave her side, and neither can my father. That’s how I was also distracted and portrayed as psychologically unwell through subliminal messages. They filmed television footage on our street, and later, they tortured me within what they called a “war preparation exercise plan.” I was blindfolded, so I couldn’t see who they were, and my neck was injured… even my sperm was taken away.

They are also blaming me for many terrorist acts using rehearsed recordings, because it all started with good-quality video and TV series footage. UNESCO decisions are being made concerning my family, yet it’s unclear what decisions they are. The resolutions referred to as “UNESCO decisions” were never communicated to us — we were never informed in writing what kind of resolutions, their names, or their definitions. They were only sent to my email address, fehimcalgav@hotmail.com. There were decisions involving the G7, many courts of justice, and prosecutors from various institutions — I still remember that.

They seem to have prepared a “war preparation exercise plan,” although these things would usually occur legally only within garrisons. When exercises take place in garrisons, they are announced on television beforehand, both within and outside the garrison boundaries. Hunters, sailors — everyone — is warned, and there would be signatures from the commanding officers. But this exercise had no signatures and was conducted under the seal of the Ministry of Communications and the presidency. No public announcement was made. While I was blindfolded and tortured, they asked me what I would do in the event of war. I said I would wage war against diseases — fight illnesses. I even joked, saying I’d conduct naval gunfire in open waters to symbolically fight viruses, which would also be a good message for Palestinians. They mocked me and found it amusing. Since then, I have been slandered many times, and my parents were killed.

Now, I am requesting from the honorable British Navy to conduct an “anti-disease combat drill,” which would involve launching missiles and cannon fire into open seas as a symbolic war against diseases.
