1. Records Concerning President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan:
   Records of the investigations conducted by your Council regarding the legal validity of the diploma copy certified as “True Copy” (Aslı Gibidir) dated April 13, 1994, with journal number 0424 from the Istanbul 15th Notary,
   Information on the current status within your Council regarding Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office file no. 2015/8028 and similar judicial processes initiated based on this document.
2. Current Judicial Records Concerning Ekrem İmamoğlu:
   Whether the ruling of the Istanbul 5th Administrative Court dated January 23, 2026, regarding the cancellation of his diploma has been processed into your Council’s election eligibility records,
   Official notifications received by your Council concerning the ongoing trial at the Istanbul (Silivri) High Criminal Court regarding allegations of forgery.
3. 2023 Elections and TBMM Archive Records:
   Whether the official cover letters prepared based on the TBMM Presidential Archive Booklet during the 2023 Presidential election process were sent to your Council,
   The provision of a copy of said cover letters and archive documents to myself and the Presidency of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations within the scope of the Right to Information Act.
   I respectfully request that these details, which are of critical importance for the integrity of the democratic process, be provided to me in writing within the legal period.
