Our family civil registry was transferred to the civil registry of İzmir province, Eski Foça district, corresponding to the period when my father served as the Foça Base Commander in 1990 and the subsequent transfer in 1993. I request competent authorities to investigate all official grounds, archival records, and registry ledger movements regarding this registration and transfer.

During the transfer and examination of the civil registry records, I identified that the names of the parents of my father, Yaşar Calgav, in the ascendant registry were names of foreign/English origin. I request that the authentic original records of my ascendants, historical corrections, records prior to and following the Surname Law, and any retroactive administrative or judicial registration rulings be examined and officially notified to me.

I am the only unmarried, single male child in the family. My two sisters (Özlem and Özden) married and, pursuant to the law, were transferred to the civil registries of their spouses. My civil registry remains registered under the district of İzmir, Eski Foça.

In 2021 and 2023, organized proposals were made directly to me concerning the acquisition of false identity documents, identity falsification, and unlawful identity transfer.

During encounters that took place in Istanbul around the Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar locations; an individual, who was an alleged retired civil administration chief claiming to have served as district governor (Kaymakam) 4–5 times, offered me a fraudulent identity without any lawful basis or request on my part, attempted to obtain my civil registry and identity details, and undertook irregular attempts aimed at establishing a foreign/British identity through these means.

I request that the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office and law enforcement authorities ex officio investigate the connection of these attempts—involving identity usurpation, falsification, and unauthorized fabrication of lineage linked to my family registry and ascendant data—to the individuals named Fehmi Gedik, Emine Gedik, and Yalçın Gedik, through HTS records, security camera footage, witness testimonies, and civil registry archives.

I have not granted consent or authorization to any person or institution regarding the issuance of false identity documents, identity transfer, registration tampering, or manipulation of lineage on my behalf. Any transaction executed or attempted outside my explicit will is null and void.
