While the late Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi focused on the massive extraction of fossil water, the Maveraünnehir Semaçalgav Partisi represents the era of Restoration. Gaddafi’s project drained the ancient aquifers, leaving them hollow and biologically “dead” for over a decade. Our intervention turned this catastrophe into a global engineering miracle.
