Subject: Request for Review of a Reported Radiological and Geochemical Anomaly

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to submit a good-faith request for an appropriate technical review of a possible radiological and geochemical anomaly.

I have concerns, based on information that I have not independently verified, about a reported possibility involving a missing nuclear-related item and its potential concealment underground. I understand that these claims may be unsubstantiated and I do not present them as established facts. However, given the potential public-safety implications, I respectfully ask that the relevant competent authorities assess whether there is any credible basis for concern.

If within your mandate and technically feasible, I request consideration of available monitoring and scientific data relevant to areas of Central Asia, including Kazakhstan. Potential sources may include Earth-observation imagery, thermal anomaly monitoring, synthetic aperture radar observations of surface deformation, atmospheric trace-gas data, and other appropriate radiological or geochemical datasets.

In particular, I request an assessment of whether any unusual, independently verifiable isotopic, thermal, geological, atmospheric, or radiological indicators warrant further review by the responsible national or international authorities.

I recognize that satellite and remote-sensing tools have important technical limitations and may not be capable of detecting or identifying concealed underground material. My request is solely for a professional assessment using established procedures, evidence standards, and legal authorities.

I am prepared to provide the source, date, location, and any supporting material underlying this report, if available. Please advise whether this information should instead be submitted to a national emergency, law-enforcement, nuclear-regulatory, or other designated reporting channel.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely, Fehim Çalgav fehimcalgav@hotmail.com +90 532 220 20 02
