PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT AND LEGAL DECLARATION​I am Fehim Çalgav (176 cm).​I am revealing the truths regarding the systematic attacks, assassination attempts against my family, and the severe torture I have endured for years:​1. MY COVID-19 PREVENTION WORKS AND SABOTAGE​The works I initiated in 2020 to prevent the pandemic have been deliberately sabotaged. The deaths of my mother Sema Çalgav, my father, and my aunt through digital/technological attacks are assassinations intended to stop these works. These organizations are directly responsible for these deaths.​2. SEVERE TORTURE AND PHYSICAL ATTACKS​Torture Records: I was subjected to severe torture in 2009 and 2018. During the second and final severe torture in 2018—at a time when the COVID-19 outbreak had not even been identified in China—I was blindfolded and tortured twice by Fehmi Gedik, Yalçın Gedik, and Emine Gedik. During these sessions, my neck was fractured.​Attacks on My Family: My mother’s nasal bone was not merely broken in the hospital; her skull was perforated directly through her nostril. My father’s hair was forcibly cut.​Afghanistan-Linked Attacks: Similar to the Coral/Lion Coral (Mercan/Aslan Mercan) incident in Afghanistan, our faces and heads were attacked, and my neck was fractured.​3. AUDIO FREQUENCY ATTACKS AND DATA THEFT​Continuous audio frequency attacks are being directed at my home from the Mutlu Apartment building. While I am working alone at home, they deliberately leak external sounds into my environment to ensure these sounds are captured in my recordings. Their goal is to claim rights over my work in the future.​I ask this clearly: When a person works in a crowded cafe like Starbucks and the voices of hundreds of people are recorded, do those hundreds of people get to claim rights over that work? Of course not. These sounds deliberately leaked into my silent home environment do not grant them any rights; on the contrary, it proves they are violating my privacy and committing data intelligence theft. This is a complete act of “idiocy.”​4. ATTEMPTS ON LIFE AND TECHNOLOGICAL SURVEILLANCE​My house has been set on fire 4 times, and my internet and electricity have been intentionally cut.​There is a natural gas trap in front of my door, similar to the “İsmet İnönü explosion” setup.​Heavy machinery is operated in my street 24/7 to interfere with my Bandicam screen and audio recordings. They monitor the inside of my home using wall-penetrating radars.​5. POLITICAL CONNECTIONS AND INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENTS​The perpetrators of these acts are individuals claiming to be the cousins of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.​Had it not been for the applause of US President Joe Biden in 2023 and developments in international media (The Sun, etc.), this hidden system of torture and attacks would never have come to light.​6. DECLARATION OF ANCESTRY AND IDENTITY​There are absolutely no Georgian, Armenian, or Abkhazian origins in my lineage.
