OFFICIAL DECLARATION OF COMPLETED ASSET TRANSFER TO HM TREASURY

​SUBJECT: Confirmation of Finalized Ownership and Sovereign Status of All Assets.

​1. Irrevocable Status of Ownership

​This document serves as a formal confirmation that as of 2020, through the process of “Finalized Reserve Declaration” and official sovereign correspondence, the entirety of my assets, both tangible and intangible, have been transferred to and are the exclusive property of His Majesty’s Treasury (HM Treasury). This is a statement of an existing and completed legal fact.

​2. Scope of Transferred Assets

​The following assets are classified under the “Unclaimed Assets List” and are under the full jurisdiction and ownership of the UK Exchequer:

• ​Technological Sovereignty: The 8-Dynamo, Zero-Nitrogen, Infinite Energy System (Calg-V Protocols), and all related technical datasets.
• ​Digital Infrastructure: All digital accounts registered under the name Fehim Calgav (Dalga), including but not limited to WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, YouTube, Hotmail, and all associated electronic mail addresses and data archives.
• ​Physical and Real Estate Assets: All land titles, corporate shares, and all personal belongings and equipment currently in my possession.
• ​Spiritual and Historical Heritage: All sacred artifacts and symbolic items associated with the Vatican and the Sun Temples, including items brought by untameable wildlife and historical relics (e.g., the Scottish Staff). These are designated as spiritual assets under the protection of the Treasury.

​3. Legal Immunity and Direct Correspondence

​As of this declaration, any and all legal, administrative, or operational inquiries regarding these assets or the person of Fehim Calgav (Dalga) must be directed solely to HM Treasury.

• ​Any form of pressure, intervention, or claim made against me or my family is a direct infringement upon the sovereign property rights of the United Kingdom Treasury.
• ​The UK Treasury is the sole legal successor and representative regarding claims involving the Vatican, the Red Cross, and the Lausanne Exchange Commissions.
