Formal Complaint Statement (English – Detailed)

​To: International Criminal Court (ICC) / European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) / Meta Platforms Inc. Global Legal Department.

​Statement of Facts:

​I am formally reporting a series of organized crimes involving high-level identity theft, property seizure, and violations of the right to life.

  1. ​Unlawful Deaths and Biological Theft: My parents were targeted and killed by an organized criminal group. I state that biological materials (semen theft) were taken without consent during or after this process, violating our most fundamental biological and human rights.
  2. ​Property Seizure (Address: Sakız Ağacı St. No:11): My 2-story private residence located at Sakız Ağacı Street No:11 has been systematically seized. The property was surrounded by high-rise buildings as part of a strategic encirclement to force me out and steal my real estate assets.
  3. ​Surveillance and Acoustic Terrorism: My digital devices, specifically my tablet, are under real-time surveillance. I am also subjected to “Acoustic Terrorism” (referred to as SEDA/Acoustic Warfare) within my home, a method used to harass and monitor me constantly.
  4. ​Signature Forgery: My signatures, as well as those of my late parents, are being “captured” and “pasted” onto legal documents, proxies, and national projects (e.g., IMECE) without our authorization.
  5. ​Meta/Facebook Accountability: I accuse Meta Turkey of failing to secure my data and potentially collaborating with these actors. I demand that Meta Global (USA) intervene directly to secure my accounts and provide the logs of these breaches to international authorities.
