STATEMENTThe plane tree shown in the photograph is located on the parcel of land belonging to my family, which is situated in the district of Maltepe, in the province of Istanbul, with access from Sakız Ağacı Street and Eğri Street. The tree stands within the same urban block as the vacant plot, the shop and the two‑storey house that belong to our family, and has for many years been an integral part of our family property. This plane tree, in its appearance and symbolic meaning, evokes the maple leaf on the flag of Canada. In 2016, storks built a nest on this tree, which, in that form, made it even more important to us in terms of both natural life and spiritual symbolism. However, in the following years many of its branches were cut and the tree was heavily pruned, and its appearance was significantly altered; nevertheless, the tree was not completely destroyed and continues to live. With this statement, I particularly wish to record the fact that storks built a nest in this tree in 2016 and the pruning operations carried out afterwards.I, Oya Yamak, travelled from Istanbul to Ankara together with family members in order to attend the funeral of the late primary‑school teacher Neriman Güngör (“Teacher Neriman”). After the funeral ceremony we went to Anıtkabir, where – like many of the visitors that day – I recorded videos on my mobile phone showing parrots and the honour guard soldiers. Given that Anıtkabir receives tens of thousands of visitors per day and almost everyone takes photographs or videos, these recordings are ordinary visitor footage; however, for me they are important because they coincide in time with the period in which I believe I was subjected to surveillance and following. The parrot and guard videos taken during this visit to Anıtkabir were recorded entirely by myself on my own mobile phone; they were not sent to me by any third party. These videos were for a time accessible via my Facebook account, to which I was previously linked and from which I later downloaded and deleted the content, and were then downloaded locally in connection with my e‑mail address fehimyamakcalgav@hotmail.com and are currently stored as backups on external hard drives. I state that I plan to make these recordings public at an appropriate time in the future and to submit them to the competent authorities when necessary.During the same period, while I was in Istanbul and went to Galatasaray Island with my friends to swim, I later realised that I was being followed by parrots and I believe I was subjected to such following without being aware of it at the time. I consider that this feeling of being followed and watched intensified in the same period as the interventions directed at the area where our family property and the said plane tree are located, and I draw the attention of the competent authorities to the need to establish a link between all these events. For approximately the last twenty years or more, I believe that my family and I have been kept under surveillance by means of so‑called “wall radar” and similar technical methods. I have recently learned that such intelligence and monitoring activities allegedly go back much further in time, including the period of the National Salvation Party (Milli Selamet Partisi) before the 12 September 1980 coup, and that even in the Erman Apartment building where we used to live, as early as around 1977, central‑heating‑related intelligence work may have been carried out. I request that these allegations of long‑term technical surveillance and monitoring also be investigated and taken into account together with the other facts set out in this statement.Following the deaths of our elders, the title deeds of the said immovable properties passed, as a matter of lawful inheritance, to me and to my aunt Şermin Alpay, who worked as a primary‑school teacher (class teacher) at Feyzullah Primary School. As regards my inheritance shares and rights, I have declared that I assign the spiritual component of these rights to the spiritual structure represented before the Vatican, and the material component in favour of the Treasury of the United Kingdom, and I have also announced this through my various social‑media accounts, Skype, Messenger, Microsoft Teams and other electronic communication addresses. In this context, I request that all notifications and correspondence made through the said e‑mail and messaging accounts – including their content, the explanations relating to property rights, the security‑council decisions, the ownership notifications and the “G7 ownership notifications” – be regarded as part of my will to have such rights registered and recorded in favour of the Treasury of the United Kingdom. The studies which I have stated were carried out in order to investigate my lineage genetically, to examine it contractually and to identify living family members, as well as my statements concerning what I believe to be at least four ownership notifications and a further three decisions/notifications before the United Nations Security Council and related bodies on “dynamos” and similar matters, likewise form part of this same declaration of intent.During the period when we were living in the Erman Apartment building, my mother and I used to plant “victory flowers” (poppy flowers) while working in the garden, and these flowers were also included in the balcony view in a painting commissioned by my mother. My mother later brought this painting to the house where I currently live. I additionally declare that I attribute the spiritual ownership of this painting to the Vatican and to the solar temples and the traditional spiritual heritage of Grand Shaolin, Longmen Buddha, Aztec, Inca and Maya cultures, and its full material ownership to the Palace of the United Kingdom/Buckingham Palace and the Treasury of the United Kingdom. With respect to the funeral process in Ankara and our family ties, out of respect for the late primary‑school teacher Neriman Güngör and retired Colonel Uğur Güngör, I personally attended the funeral ceremony held upon the death of Uğur Güngör’s mother. The persons shown in the attached photograph are my mother Sema Çalgav, my full sister Özlem Çalgav, my brother‑in‑law retired Colonel Uğur Güngör, my brother‑in‑law’s mother the late primary‑school teacher Neriman Güngör (“Teacher Neriman”) and my aunt Şermin Alpay, who served as a class teacher at Feyzullah Primary School. I declare that the photograph was taken around 1986 in a family setting in the Narlıdere district of Izmir, with the bride’s side and the groom’s side together. I request that this photograph and the explanation attached to it be taken into account for the purpose of establishing our family and kinship ties, our social environment and the time line. This statement has been drawn up by me of my own free will in order to put on record the location of the plane tree, the building of a stork nest there in 2016, the pruning operations carried out afterwards, my suspicions of being followed and watched, my explanations regarding the rights and declarations of intent connected with the family property, and the spiritual and material ownership attributions and the explanations concerning my family and kinship relations as set out above. I consent to this statement being shared with national and international competent institutions and authorities when necessary.Name–Surname:Turkish ID No:Address:Date:Signature:Location of the property (Google Maps link):Annex 1 – Family Photograph ExplanationThe persons shown in the attached photograph are my mother Sema Çalgav, my full sister Özlem Çalgav, my brother‑in‑law retired Colonel Uğur Güngör, my brother‑in‑law’s mother the late primary‑school teacher Neriman Güngör (“Teacher Neriman”) and my aunt Şermin Alpay, who served as a class teacher at Feyzullah Primary School. I declare that the photograph was taken around 1986 in a family setting in the Narlıdere district of Izmir, with the bride’s side and the groom’s side together. This photograph is an integral annex to this statement.

Subject: Statement Concerning Digital Records and Continued HarassmentBetween 2020 and 2021, the complete legal codes of the United Kingdom and London were sent without limitation to my email address (Fehimcalgav@hotmail.com). In addition, all departments of the United States— including the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Defense—sent their electronic signatures and programs to this address.Despite these facts, Fehmi Gedik, Yalçın Gedik, and Emine Gedik, who are fully aware of this situation, have engaged in ongoing theft against me. They have conducted acoustic assaults on my residence and cyberattacks targeting my electronic devices.I am prepared to provide the password to my email account upon request. I have already submitted a written petition regarding these matters to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM), which can be verified. I have also reported these incidents by telephone to the Istanbul Provincial Police Department.

Agenda in TurkeyIn the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM), amendments to the laws on social media regulation, maternity leave and social services are being discussed. The security forces have intensified operations against terrorist organizations, primarily FETÖ and DAESH, as well as against smuggling networks. In domestic politics, local administrations, intra‑party resignations and heated debates in parliament dominate the agenda.Iran, Iraq, the Middle EastThe ceasefire process between the United States and Iran is highly fragile; after the talks in Islamabad failed to produce results, the US began to take de facto blockade steps on Iranian ports and the Strait of Hormuz, increasing pressure in terms of “war risk and oil prices”.Pakistan is calling for restraint to prevent the regional war from expanding, while Turkey and European countries are trying to keep diplomatic channels open.In Iraq and the broader Middle East, the US–Iran confrontation, tensions along the Israeli front and the security of energy routes stand out as key dossiers affecting the entire region.Russia, China, Japan, the US and EuropeRussia and China present themselves as “stabilizing partners” in the international system, yet geopolitical tensions with the West (NATO expansion, Asia–Pacific rivalry) continue. The US administration under Trump is tightening the blockade and pressure on Iran, using it at the same time as part of a broader strategy to contain China. In Europe (especially France, Germany and Italy), the crisis in the Middle East, energy prices, migration pressure and debates on “strategic autonomy” are at the forefront. In Japan, security concerns stemming from China and North Korea, along with economic slowdown and technological competition, are major discussion topics. The UK, France and the EUFrench President Macron stated that in his meeting with President Erdoğan, they discussed the Middle East, the Strait of Hormuz and regional security.Across the European Union, the war in Ukraine, rising defense spending, migration and the energy transition (from fossil fuels to renewables) are among the main issues on the table. The United Kingdom, meanwhile, is grappling with both domestic political instability and debates over a strategy of being “separate but close” to Europe.Latin America and AfricaIn Africa, in countries such as Sudan, civil wars, severe poverty and the risk of famine are deepening as “forgotten crises”.Africa and Latin America are gaining importance both as spheres of influence in the US–China rivalry and, for Europe, in terms of energy/raw materials and migration. In Latin America, tensions between democracy and authoritarianism, drug cartels, economic crises and relations with the United States in the field of foreign policy form a hot agenda.Current science and technology agendaIn the energy field, projects aiming at “unlimited, uninterrupted and zero‑carbon” energy production via super‑hot geothermal sources using gyrotron‑based deep drilling (for example, Quaise Energy’s Project Obsidian) are widely discussed.Studies suggesting that climate change could affect the planet’s rotation speed and cause small changes in the length of days are attracting attention. The 2025–2026 period is remembered for breakthrough‑level results in areas such as gene editing, evidence of past life on Mars, artificial intelligence and quantum physics.

My house is a two‑storey house with a small garden. In the garden there is a walnut tree that has witnessed my childhood; in the photo you can see me standing in front of it, with its pruned trunk behind me. This tree was planted by my mother, Sema Calgav, together with my aunts, her sisters, when I was a child. When the walnut tree grew and began to bear fruit for the first time, they would excitedly tell how, in their youth, they used to shake the tree to make the walnuts fall; sometimes, they said, they would climb onto its branches and rock them back and forth until the walnuts rained down to the ground. In those years, around 1975–76–77, turkeys were sold on the streets before New Year’s. My grandfather bought a turkey for New Year’s one of those years. Normally it would have been slaughtered for the New Year’s table, but we did not slaughter this one; I became attached to it and started to feed it. As the years passed, the turkey grew and grew; in my memory it turned into a huge animal weighing 50–60 kilos. We tied its leg with two clotheslines so that it would not run away. Even so, it would make such powerful upward moves that it could fly up as high as the walnut branches 20–30 metres above. Imagine a turkey of 50–55 kilos shooting almost straight up 20–30 metres. In those days we were children; in our eyes the turkey, the walnut tree and the four‑storey apartment building behind it all became gigantic.Over the years, the walnut tree never stopped growing taller. When it was younger, that is to say some 20–30, even 40 years ago, it rose higher than the four‑storey apartment building behind it. The building you see in the photo today used to stand in the shade of the walnut tree. Its branches would pass the level of the top floors, and as they swayed in the wind they would cast both shadow and a kind of murmur. I remember something breaking inside me when my mother, Sema Calgav, said, “It has grown too tall; we have to have it cut.” In the end, the upper part of the tree was cut, its trunk was pruned; but the walnut tree is still there in the garden, with its roots and its trunk.Today, as I hold my phone and take a picture with that pruned walnut tree behind me, my childhood comes back to me. The trunk you see in the photo is the same tree that gave us walnuts for years, that once grew higher than the four‑storey apartment behind it, and whose branches that big turkey — which I thought was “flying” — used to leap toward. The turkey lived for years without being slaughtered; I fed it, it grew, we grew up, the apartment stayed the same, but in time the walnut tree became too much and was cut back. Still, the trunk that stands in my garden today keeps within it my mother’s and my aunts’ youth, the New Year’s turkey my grandfather brought home from the street, and the astonishment of my own childhood.
