I am writing on behalf of Dinamo Türk News regarding an ongoing international investigation into the logistics of Silicon Carbide (HS Code 2849.20) and its correlation with biological safety protocols between Turkey and Norway during the 2018-2019 period.
Specifically, we request access to or clarification on the following data points:- Trade Records: Tonnage and destination ports of Silicon Carbide shipments from Izmir/Aliağa/Nemrut (Turkey) to Norway between October 2018 and December 2019.
- Maritime Health Declarations (MDH): Medical Logbook summaries for bulk carriers arriving in Norway from the aforementioned ports during the Winter of 2019. We seek reports of respiratory illnesses among crews handling SiC cargo.
- The “Cryogenic” Factor: Records of seawater temperature and ship “Draft” levels for these specific vessels, as thermal conditions during these voyages are critical to our environmental safety analysis.
- ISO Compliance: Why were mandatory “Legal Warnings” regarding aerosol risks in industrial ice machines (potentially linked to SiC needle-point valves) suppressed during this period?
