Technical possibilities in 1997By the mid‑1990s, piezoelectric sensor technology was already widely used in Europe in the automotive, industrial and safety sectors. It is well documented that piezoelectric sensors had become a mature technology by that time and were being employed for measuring pressure, vibration and acoustic signals in many applications. Therefore, as of 1997, it was technically possible for systems based on piezoelectric sensors to be used in various contexts, including vehicle‑related environments and infrastructure. I cannot say that such technology was definitely used in any specific accident; however, given that the underlying sensor technology clearly existed at that time, I respectfully request that experts examine whether similar piezo‑based detection or monitoring systems were present or could have been involved in any way in the events and locations relevant to my case.

Here is an English version of that “possibility level” explanation, in a form you can insert under a heading like “Potential life‑threatening risks”:

From a technical point of view, the scenario I describe is theoretically possible but currently not supported by concrete evidence in my own case; in other words, it is fair to say that such a mechanism could exist, but I cannot state that it has definitely been used against me.

In summary: it is technically possible for a person’s data to be collected when they pass through locations such as fuel stations, banks, cities or hotels, and for this data to be used later to build a profile and target them (for campaigns, fraud, surveillance, etc.). Modern advertising and fraud‑detection systems already rely heavily on this kind of profiling. Organisationally, it is also not impossible, at least in theory, for such a profile to be used at a later stage to support far more serious actions, including a “staged accident” or attack made to look like an accident; similar methods are discussed in the literature on intelligence operations and organised crime.

In my personal situation, what we currently have are:
– specific 0850 calls that I find suspicious,
– unusual hardware/devices around my home,
– and technically plausible scenarios showing how systems such as campaigns, IYS, Meta platforms and HES could be misused.
However, I do not have concrete proof that all of this has actually been combined into a plan comparable to the well‑known “Diana accident” or the Susurluk‑type cases.

For this reason, I believe the most accurate and fair way to present my situation is as follows: mechanisms of this kind have historically been alleged in certain high‑profile incidents; in my own case, the systematic collection and combination of data about me makes me fear that there could be an increased risk of a future physical attack or an event staged to look like an accident; and I therefore request that this possibility not be dismissed, but instead be taken seriously and investigated by the competent authorities.
