Identity Number: 556 360 729 14 Address: Sakızağacı Sokak No:11, İki Katlı Bahçeli Ev, Maltepe / İstanbul Subject of Statement: Comprehensive official statement regarding systematic cyber/acoustic attacks carried out against my person, property rights, and digital assets, and thefts and irregularities committed from institutions such as DEİK, Net-haş, and Biyotek.

I am currently alone in my two-storey house with a garden. Systematic cyber attacks are being carried out against my home, my personal digital devices, and my social media tools through which I conduct my broadcasting activities, targeting me from surrounding tall buildings using inner voice and outer voice studio programs and software. Through these software tools, artificial sounds, including helicopter sounds, are being generated in my garden, and a continuous acoustic harassment process is being conducted against my person. All social media tools, broadcasting activities, and digital productions belong entirely to me and are under my ownership.

Siblings of Georgian and Armenian origin, named Emine Gedik, Fehmi Gedik, and Yalçın Gedik, are behind the cyber and acoustic attacks in question. Among these individuals, Emine Gedik acts as the scriptwriter for the attacks and broadcasting carried out against my person at my residence in Maltepe, and she commits cyber harassment by addressing me as “brother” (abi) through the digital mechanism that has been set up.

Fehmi Gedik, who is located in Sarıyer alongside my paternal aunt’s daughters, Tülin Sipahiler and Tülay Buğdaycı, directly steals and usurps my property rights. This individual not only usurps my property rights but also commits thefts from strategic institutions such as DEİK (Foreign Economic Relations Board), Net-haş, and Biyotek, stealing my property rights through these institutions as well. My biological father, Retired Naval Captain Yaşar Calgav, is the maternal uncle (öz dayı) of Tülay Buğdaycı and Tülin Sipahiler. My aforementioned relatives are fully aware of my father’s nickname “baba” (father), which he acquired when he was just 13-14 years old in the presence of his aunt’s daughters, and his familial prestige. Fehmi Gedik, who forms the focal point in Sarıyer, usurps these titles and familial status belonging to me, attempts to present himself to the environment as a prophet, and infringes upon my property rights through a systematic perception fallacy and title theft.

Regarding our family structure; our family, being a Naval Captain family, shares the same ancestry with the British Royal Family. My elder sister Özlem Calgav Güngör is 3 years older than me, and my other sisters are married and have two children (their children being Can Uçar and Cem Uçar). Furthermore, I declare that the networks that caused the death of my biological mother and father are the same individuals who organize these cyber/acoustic and institutional property attacks.
