1. Summary

My original technical works, writings and private communications are being monitored, copied and used for “data intelligence” purposes in real time, without my knowledge or consent. During this process, persons who are not physically with me are digitally positioned as if they were “next to me”, in order to create a false impression of joint authorship over my intellectual works. In this way, my intellectual and proprietary rights, as well as my right to privacy and protection of personal data, are severely violated.

2. Detailed description of events

1. I have been producing original technical and scientific content for a long time. In particular, I am developing original projects such as “zero‑nitrogen infinite energy dynamos” and similar works, and I prepare many notes, drafts, articles and e‑mails in this context.
2. I usually prepare these works at home on my personal computer, tablet and phone, and send them to various persons and institutions by e‑mail.
3. Over time, during my work and correspondence, I have developed strong suspicions that:

• The texts I write on my devices are monitored in real time, even before they reach the recipient.
• My keystrokes, attached files and communication content are copied without my knowledge and consent.
• These data are analysed and used for “data intelligence” purposes.

1. In the same periods, I noticed that some persons who are not physically with me are digitally positioned (through audio/video manipulation, streams from other devices, etc.) as if they were in the same environment with me. While I am writing important e‑mails or documents, these persons are shown “present” in the system even though they are not actually there, and this creates a false impression that my works are produced jointly with them.
2. In other words, while I am writing and sending my works – which I create alone and which are not subject to any partnership agreement – third parties monitor this process; their images and voices are inserted as if they were next to me, and thus a basis is created for a false claim of “co‑authorship” in the future. This constitutes a serious attack on my intellectual property and proprietary rights.
3. During this period I actively use platforms owned by Meta (especially Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp). In both my own posts and in some contents and advertisements shown to me, I have observed striking similarities with original texts and ideas that exist only on my devices. This raises serious concerns that my personal data and content stored in Meta’s systems may have been processed and shared with third parties without my consent.
4. In addition, there is an electronic module / imaging device located on the exterior façade of my residence, the function of which has never been communicated to me. I suspect that my house and garden may have been monitored through this device, and that these images and movement data might have been used in the above‑mentioned data‑intelligence processes.

3. Legal assessment

The acts described above constitute:

• Infringement of my intellectual property rights due to the unauthorized copying and use of my original technical and scientific works and writings;
• Violation of the confidentiality of my communications due to the monitoring of my correspondence and device traffic without my consent;
• Violation of my right to protection of personal data due to the processing and sharing of my personal and behavioural data and contents without my consent;
• Violation of my right to privacy due to physical and digital surveillance activities.

Platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are obliged to act in accordance with the law and their own terms of use when processing user data. It is unacceptable that my data and contents are used in data‑intelligence, harassment or unfair‑advantage activities of third parties without my consent.

4. Requests

1. I request that all access logs related to my accounts on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other Meta services (IP logs, login/logout records, device information, etc.) be examined, that any unusual or unauthorized access be identified, and that the results be reported to me in writing.
2. I ask for a complete list of all third‑party applications and integrations connected to my accounts, and for the immediate deactivation of any application or service that accesses my data without my informed consent.
3. I request an investigation into whether any contents that may belong to me (texts, images, technical documents, etc.) are being used without authorization by other accounts within Meta’s systems; in case of such infringements, I demand that the relevant contents be removed immediately and that appropriate sanctions be applied to the responsible accounts.
4. I request that my contents and personal data shall not be processed, without my explicit and informed consent, for any purposes such as data analytics, data intelligence, targeted advertising, artificial‑intelligence training or similar uses; and that, if such processing has taken place in the past, I be informed in detail about its scope and legal basis in a clear and understandable manner.
5. I request the identification and termination of any practices whereby persons who are not physically present with me are digitally represented as “being next to me” in a way that could create a false impression of joint authorship over my original works.
6. This complaint will serve as a basis for complaints that I have submitted or will submit to judicial and administrative authorities in my country. Therefore, I request that Meta Platforms, Inc. cooperate with such authorities where necessary and provide them with any information and documents requested within the limits of the law.

5. Evidence

• Photos taken in and around my home which raise suspicion of digital/physical surveillance (Annex‑1, Annex‑2, …).
• Original technical works, notes and e‑mails stored on my devices (Annex‑3, etc.).
• Screenshots of contents on Meta platforms that show significant similarity to these works (if available).
• Any future digital‑forensics examinations and log records.

For the reasons explained above, I kindly request that Meta Platforms, Inc. urgently carry out the necessary investigations, identify and remedy the violations, and take all necessary technical and administrative measures to protect my rights.
