SUBJECT: A formal declaration that the signatures attributed to me were not executed by me; signature denial; preservation of original documents due to suspicion of forgery; request for retrospective investigation; and forensic document examination / graphological / criminalistic expert analysis.

STATEMENTS:

1. I hereby explicitly declare that the signatures alleged to be mine on documents that have been issued, are to be issued, or have been utilized in any official or private transaction, were not executed by me. I have not authorized any individual, institution, or organization to sign on my behalf, to utilize my signature sample, to draft documents, or to conduct any legal, administrative, financial, or private transactions in my name. I specifically state that I have not granted authority to even my legal counsel to sign on my behalf or to execute wet signatures in my name.
2. I hold serious suspicions that the signatures alleged to belong to me may have been copied, forged, or fabricated for various purposes based on the signatures of my father, my grandfather Rıfat Çalgav, Yaşar Çalgav, my maternal grandfather Halil İbrahim Yamak, or other individuals. Therefore, I request that the origin, date of execution, and authenticity of the signatures in question be investigated through technical methods.
3. In forensic graphology and criminalistics, it is accepted that natural signatures cannot be reproduced as exact mechanical replicas. Even if an individual signs their name repeatedly, due to factors such as hand movement, pen pressure, speed, angle, wrist orientation, fatigue, surface conditions, paper texture, and instantaneous physical variables, two signatures can never be entirely identical. Natural variations consistently exist between signatures, which is a direct outcome of signing being a personal, dynamic, and living physical movement.
4. The technical reasons why natural signatures never exhibit an identical match are primarily rooted in biomechanical and kinematic variables, as well as paper and surface morphology. The fiber structure, friction coefficient, surface hardness, and elasticity variations of paper directly influence line width, directional deviation, and indentation marks. Consequently, while genuine signatures carry common morphological characteristics, they do not show millimeter-level exact alignment when superimposed.
5. In forensic examination, the exact geometric overlap of two signatures is a phenomenon that cannot be accounted for by natural human hand movement. Such complete alignment constitutes strong evidence of forgery, tracing, digital reproduction/transfer, montage, or similar unauthorized manipulation. For this reason, it is imperative that the signatures attributed to me be subjected to technical expert examination together with the original documents and legitimate comparison standards, rather than solely through visual assessment.
6. I do not acknowledge or accept any signature, document, commitment, application, agreement, power of attorney, statement, or transaction that was not personally executed through my explicit, free, and informed will. I declare that I bear no legal, financial, or penal liability arising from such instruments or operations.
7. This submission embodies my request for the investigation into the origin and validity of the signatures attributed to me, the secure preservation of original documents, the forensic analysis of these instruments by a certified document examination / graphology / criminalistics expert, and the formal written notification of the results to me.
8. Furthermore, I request a retrospective inquiry to be conducted, including the scrutiny of related documentation, records, correspondence, tenders, contracts, corporate shareholding structures, technical reports, and financial transactions, to determine whether any illicit transfer of benefits, unauthorized misappropriation, or fictitious project pretenses have been orchestrated under the guise of official projects.

LEGAL GROUNDS: Code of Civil Procedure (HMK), Code of Criminal Procedure (CMK), relevant national and international legislation, and established judicial precedents.

EVIDENCE: The instruments in question, original records, comparative signature exemplars, correspondence, technical reports, logs, forensic expert analysis, and all manner of lawful evidence.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: For the reasons set forth and detailed above, I respectfully request and demand:

1. Consideration of my formal declaration that the signatures attributed to me were not executed by me,
2. Secure preservation and impoundment of the original documents in question,
3. Referral of the documents and signatures for forensic document examination / graphological / criminalistics expert evaluation,
4. Collection of my authentic signature exemplars for comparison if deemed necessary,
5. Initiation of necessary administrative and judicial proceedings regarding the unauthorized, fraudulent, or fabricated signatures,
6. Scrutiny of all related records, files, and associations within the scope of the retrospective investigation,
7. Written notification to be provided to me regarding the outcome of the proceedings and technical investigations.
