SUBJECT: Request for investigation and identification of personnel on duty aboard the Coast Guard vessel deployed off the coast of Ortakoy (Reina) on the night of December 31, 2016.

STATEMENTS:

  1. I hereby request an examination of the duty records of the personnel serving aboard the floating assets/patrol boats under the Coast Guard Command stationed off the coast of Ortakoy, Istanbul, during the night connecting December 31, 2016, to January 1, 2017.
  2. In connection with suspected digital attacks and communications violations directed against me, I respectfully request verification from official rosters and duty assignment logs as to whether the individuals named Fehmi Gedik (electronics engineer) and Yalcin Gedik (electronics technician) held any military, civilian, technical, or operational personnel status aboard the aforementioned Coast Guard vessel at that specific date and time.
  3. I respectfully request that an inquiry be conducted into whether these individuals hold or have ever held any official authorization, title, radio communications operator license, or operational assignment within your command, and that the findings be provided to me in writing.
