STATEMENT
Declarant: Fehim Calgav T.R. Identity Number: 556 360 729 14 Address / Contact Information: Sakizagaci Sokak No:11, 34844 Maltepe, Istanbul / TURKEY Subject: Statements regarding the audit restrictions and authority limitations in the audit reports concerning TÜRKSAT Inc. and the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK), irregular personnel transfers, and infringements directed against me.
It is known that in the audit reports prepared by the Court of Accounts and reflected in public records, audit authority over TÜRKSAT Inc. and the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK) has been restricted by invoking “trade secret” and “state secret” exemptions. In my assessment and determination, the primary reason for these audit impediments and access constraints is to obscure irregular lateral personnel transfers executed contrary to legislation, operational assignments conducted under the guise of law enforcement, and unauthorized transactions associated with the individuals named Fehmi Gedik, Yalcin Gedik, and Emine Gedik within TÜRKSAT and BTK.
As a result of these irregular administrative structures and unauthorized operational activities, trespass attempts, digital attacks, and cyber harassment are being perpetrated against my residence in Maltepe, Istanbul. My late father was a retired senior naval colonel, and there are two other retired senior naval colonels in my family. Following intense digital attacks, targeting, and psychological pressures, my father passed away due to a cerebral hemorrhage, and my mother likewise lost her life as a result of the severe pressure stemming from this identical process.
Furthermore, unlawful interferences with my mobile phones, tablet, social media accounts, and electronic mail addresses continue unabated. At locations I visit, general law enforcement personnel are directed through groundless and unauthorized instructions, executing unjustified identity checks, confiscation of identification documents, and unsubstantiated statement procedures, applying a systematic campaign of intimidation and deterrence against me.
I hereby request that the audit limitations concealed behind the shield of “state secret” and “trade secret” within TÜRKSAT Inc. and the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK) be thoroughly examined and officially recorded by the Presidency of the Court of Accounts within the scope of the alleged irregular transfers and unauthorized operational activities set forth above.
