Explanations:
- Neither I nor any member of my family has ever had any personnel, employee, or authorized affiliation or record within Turksat A.S., past or present. My legal disputes and lawsuits concerning Turksat A.S., the Turkish Space Agency (TUA), and TUBIMER processes remain ongoing.
- For years, without my knowledge and consent, my family and I have been falsely portrayed as affiliated with the relevant institution through forged or unlawfully seized signatures. I have recently realized that even the signatures of my deceased grandparents and family elders may have been included in institutional records and documents without authorization.
- Continuous cyber and digital attacks are being directed at my private property at my residential address and at my personal communication devices, including my tablet and mobile phone; my private property is being usurped, and this situation is being misrepresented as an internal corporate matter.
- It is legally and factually impossible for third parties to partner in my news agency, which is officially registered under sole proprietorship (real person) status; I hold no commercial or legal affiliation with Gedik Menkul Degerler. I demand that the circumstances and parties responsible regarding the deaths of my family members—Fehmi Yalcin, Emine Gedik, and my aunts—be examined by the Court of Accounts and relevant judicial authorities.
- The accounting and certified public financial advisory operations of my news agency may simultaneously and concurrently be conducted by the real individual whose maiden name is Ipek Tombul and married name is Ipek Cokcan; associating these services with the accounting/financial advisory of other third-party companies to create perceptual manipulation and attempting to classify these records under the cover of “commercial secret” or “state secret” is unlawful.
