Explanations: For the synchronized air attacks carried out on September 11, 2001, prior knowledge of adverse weather conditions was an absolute necessity for the pilots to establish visual bearings toward the targets. It is evaluated that the primary operational plan was originally structured for September 12, 2001, but a notification made via telephone to their destination by a tour group departing from New York or relevant airports stating, “We cannot arrive due to adverse weather conditions, our flights have been cancelled,” acted as an indicator and operational trigger. Following this notification, the operation was brought forward by 24 hours and launched on the morning of September 11 on the grounds of adverse weather conditions. I hereby request that my theory be examined, and that the September 12 reservations of the tour group in question, all telephone/communication records conducted in this context, and flight cancellation notifications be officially investigated by forensic, technical, and intelligence authorities.
