SUBJECT: Advanced Spectroscopic Fingerprint and DNA Integration Test Request

TO: Directorate General of Relevant Authorities and Institutions

DESCRIPTION AND METHOD:
In accordance with the latest developments in forensic sciences and criminalistics, the use of Hyperspectral Imaging (HSI), Raman Spectroscopy, and Intensified Ultraviolet/Infrared laser systems that can detect organic compounds (water, amino acids, lipids, and sebum) on surfaces without physical contact is well-established in official records.

Through optical and chemical sensors, these technologies can instantly verify an individual’s identity based on the molecular composition of their fingerprint. Furthermore, by integrating with central civil status and family tree databases, these systems possess the technical capacity to automatically map and list all primary and secondary family lineages, including uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Within the framework of this technical and biological infrastructure, it is officially requested that the individuals listed below, along with their respective families, undergo the aforementioned advanced fingerprint, laser spectroscopy, and familial integration testing for security, identity authentication, and legal clarity protocols.
