To whom it may concern,To the relevant authorities of the United Kingdom, and to the appropriate representatives acting in the interests of the family and heirs of Diana, Princess of Wales,I am writing to respectfully request consideration of a confidential, independent, scientific, and ethical review concerning potential past patterns of medical, cosmetic, environmental, and psychological exposure relating to Diana, Princess of Wales. This request is not made for the purpose of public disclosure, sensationalism, or intrusion into private family matters. Rather, it is made in the belief that, where legitimate concern exists, a careful and private review may serve the interests of truth, family welfare, ethical accountability, and the protection of future generations. This request is specifically not a demand that private medical or personal information be released to the public. Instead, it is a request that, with appropriate legal authority and with due regard for privacy, dignity, and the wishes of her children and heirs, a qualified and independent panel be asked to examine whether a meaningful retrospective assessment can be carried out for the benefit of the family. In particular, I respectfully ask that such a review consider whether it is possible to reconstruct, as far as reasonably and lawfully possible, the types of products, exposures, and practices to which Princess Diana may have been repeatedly subjected over time, including but not limited to professional salon and beauty treatments. This should include efforts to identify, where records or testimony permit, the kinds of hair dyes, hair colour removal solutions, bleaching or stripping agents, nail polishes, nail polish removers or acetone-based products, deodorants, perfumes, fragranced salon aerosols, and other chemical beauty products that may have been used in environments she regularly attended.I further request that investigators consider whether any of these products, viewed in light of present scientific knowledge, may have contained substances now recognized as harmful, endocrine-disrupting, neuro-active, or otherwise medically concerning. Such a review could also assess whether repeated exposure to fragranced or chemically intensive salon environments may, in theory, have had cumulative effects on stress, mood, hormonal balance, or psychological vulnerability, particularly if combined with other known pressures. In addition, I respectfully request that the review examine whether any individuals or coordinated networks may have had access to sensitive knowledge about psychiatric medications or other physician-prescribed drugs taken by Princess Diana, and whether such knowledge could have been misused, directly or indirectly, to influence, pressure, destabilize, or manipulate her psychological state. This request is not intended to make an accusation without proof, but rather to ask whether any improper use of private medical knowledge may have occurred and whether such matters merit careful confidential assessment.I also ask that the review consider whether any non-standard, experimental, or unregulated methods — including so-called sound-based, frequency-based, vibrational, or comparable practices — may have been used around her, either alone or in combination with medications, environmental chemicals, fragranced products, or other psychological pressures. If so, I respectfully ask that a qualified scientific body assess whether there is any plausible basis to conclude that such combinations could have affected her physiological state, emotional balance, suggestibility, stress response, or overall mental well-being beyond the boundaries of ordinary and ethical care.Further, I respectfully request that any such review consider whether fortune-tellers, psychics, spiritual advisers, unlicensed healers, or similar figures may have had access to personal vulnerabilities, private routines, or sensitive information, and whether any such access may have been used for manipulation, psychological influence, financial exploitation, or other forms of abuse. If such persons were present within relevant social or advisory circles, their role should be assessed carefully and fairly, without prejudice but also without dismissal.Given the continuing sensitivity of matters involving the Royal Family and Royal Household, I understand that strong legal protections, confidentiality rules, and institutional exemptions may apply. For that reason, this request is framed not as a demand for publication, but as a request for a private, family-centered, evidence-led review, the results of which should first and foremost be made available, in an appropriate and sensitive manner, to Princess Diana’s children, heirs, or those lawfully entitled to act in their interests. If no such review is legally possible, I would respectfully ask that the relevant authorities or family representatives at least consider whether a limited ethical and scientific inquiry could be established to examine the broader question of whether high-profile individuals may become vulnerable to combined forms of cosmetic, medical, psychological, and non-standard influence in ways that remain insufficiently scrutinized. Such an inquiry could help protect not only the interests of one family, but also the safety and dignity of other vulnerable public figures in the future. This request is made in good faith, with respect, and with the intention of supporting careful review rather than public speculation. The purpose is not to reopen private pain for its own sake, but to ask whether lessons of scientific, medical, ethical, and human significance may still remain unexamined.Thank you for your time and consideration.Sincerely,[Full Name]Fehim calgav[City, Country] İstanbul two garden house 34844 Sakızağacı sokak no 11 Maltepe İstanbul[Email Address]
