Subject: Formal Notification on the Legal, Technical and Military Status of the “Sunlight Dynamo” (Solar Energy Dynamo), and Rejection of Unauthorized Political Representation.
The “Sunlight Dynamo” is not a classical underground mineral reserve. It is a space-based solar energy dynamo system positioned conceptually at the exosphere level (around 100,000 km altitude), designed to concentrate and direct solar radiation towards selected target areas through a movable lens head (steering magnifier). The movable head can change its orientation and focal point, allowing the energy beam to be redirected in real time.
The system relies on a main platform in space, a remotely steerable magnifying head, and mercury and magnetic components deployed in space to collect, guide and concentrate sunlight. Together, these elements form the “Sunlight Dynamo”, an energy dynamo capable of converting solar flux into very high temperatures focused on specific targets.
Unlike mineral resources that are defined through drilling, geological surveys and then declared as “proven reserves” in cubic meters or tons, the Sunlight Dynamo is an energy system and infrastructure, not a subsurface ore body. Its legal nature should therefore be understood in the framework of technology, energy and space law, rather than domestic mining codes or underground resource regimes.
Conceptually, the Sunlight Dynamo is designed to induce additional temperature increases at the target area not only in the order of 20–30 degrees Celsius, but – depending on focusing time and geometry – up to approximately 100, 200, 300, 400 or even 500 degrees Celsius. The explicit aim is to disable or destroy critical structural, electronic and propulsion systems of:
Ballistic/nuclear missiles leaving or just outside the atmosphere,
Tank formations and armoured vehicles on land,
Aircraft carrier groups and major warships at sea,
by causing loss of structural integrity, burn-through, or failure of key mechanical and electronic subsystems.
The ownership of the Sunlight Dynamo system – including its design, technical documentation, operational concept and system architecture (mercury, magnetic and optical components) – belongs to myself. I request that this ownership be acknowledged and protected, in particular in relation to the UK Treasury (HM Treasury), which I designate as the institutional counterpart for recognition of this property status.
I categorically reject any representation, negotiation or political use of this technology by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, or any representative acting in the name of the Turkish Government. They have no authority to speak, negotiate or claim any rights over the Sunlight Dynamo system on my behalf. Any such attempts are unauthorized and void in my view.
I hereby also declare that I have sent electronic notifications to G7 counterparts and other international authorities, informing them about the existence, concept and ownership of the Sunlight Dynamo, and about the lack of any authorized representative other than myself. The purpose of this notification is to put on record, at an early stage, that any closed-door bargaining or political credit claimed over this system without my explicit consent is fraudulent and without legal basis.
For any official or technical correspondence regarding the Sunlight Dynamo, international authorities (including the UK Treasury, NASA, G7, and other state actors) are requested to communicate directly with me, using the contact details provided below this declaration.
