TBMM Restaurant and Food Prices

The Parliamentary restaurant is well-known for its significantly more affordable prices compared to market conditions. According to the updated price tariff as of late 2025 and early 2026, approximate costs are as follows:

  • Members’ Restaurant (Main Building):
  • Soup: 23 TL
  • Meat Dishes: 100 TL
  • Olive Oil Dishes (e.g., Artichoke): 82 TL
  • Salad and Cacık: 15 TL
  • Kuver (Service fee per person): 8 TL
  • Garden Restaurant and Cafeteria:
  • Doner: 290 TL
  • Pita Varieties: 200 – 225 TL
  • Grilled Chicken: 150 TL
  • Mixed Pizza: 200 TL
  • Cheese Toast: 80 TL

Note: While these prices are kept much lower than external restaurants, updates ranging from 50% to 100% have been implemented recently due to rising costs.

Doctor and Healthcare (Infirmary) Services

The TBMM Health Center provides comprehensive services within the campus. The operation of these services is as follows:

  • Who Can Benefit?
  • Members of Parliament and their dependents.
  • Parliamentary staff (civil servants) and retired parliamentary employees.
  • Consultants working within the Parliament.
  • Services Provided:
  • Examination and Observation: General examinations, prescriptions, and follow-up procedures are conducted by doctors with occupational physician certification.
  • Emergency Intervention: There is an equipped infirmary and emergency response team for potential workplace accidents or sudden illnesses within the campus.
  • Specialties: In addition to general practice, services such as dental health, physiotherapy, and laboratory tests are offered on specific days or continuously.
  • Referral Procedures: In cases where on-site intervention is insufficient, the referral of patients to fully equipped hospitals is organized.
    The TBMM Health Center remains on high alert nearly 24/7, especially during intense General Assembly days, to address potential health issues related to blood pressure or stress.

    My name is Fehim Calgav. I was born on January 19, 1969, and I am 1.76 meters tall. I am the son of Sema Calgav and Yaşar Calgav. Our family originates from the Lausanne Exchange of Populations. There is no Georgian ancestry in our family tree; we are a true exchange family. I started my education at Feyzullah Primary School. I attended Maltepe High School for middle school and completed my high school education in the 2nd year of Maltepe High School. I come from a family tradition of naval officers.
