UPDATED ENGLISH STATEMENT

​1. SYSTEM STRUCTURE AND TECHNICAL STATUS

I have a Kale brand security camera system at my residence. This setup, consisting of approximately 8 cameras, is connected to my computer via an external recorder and hard disk. Since I installed the security system using a computer connected to the internet, the system was not a closed-circuit (CCTV) system. Due to this installation structure, the system was open to external interference and global access from the very beginning, specifically between 2020 and 2023.

​2. CLAIMS OF CYBER INFILTRATION AND NEIGHBORLY HARASSMENT

The tenants in the neighboring apartment, Fehmi Gedik, Yalçın Gedik, and Emine Gedik, exploited this technical situation. They infiltrated my family’s security system, monitored our private lives unlawfully, and disrupted our peace by spreading false ethnic and political claims.

​3. DETECTION AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I extend my gratitude on behalf of all humanity to all lawful intelligence agencies (US units, MI5, MI6, CIA, and national authorities) who recognized that the system was not closed-circuit and detected this cyber infiltration, thereby protecting my home and family.
