Heading:
To the United Nations, the Council of Europe, Human Rights Bodies, the Holy See (Vatican), and the British Royal FamilyIn the twenty‑first century, the protection of human dignity and genetic identity requires particular vigilance wherever highly exposed individuals are involved, including not only reigning monarchs but all female members of royal families, such as queens consort, princesses, duchesses and the wives of princes in the British Royal Family and other dynasties worldwide.[1][2][3][4][5] During the COVID‑19 pandemic and other infectious‑disease outbreaks, women in quarantine or intensive care frequently undergo multiple blood tests, urine and fecal analyses, gynecological examinations, vaginal swabs and tissue biopsies; when inflammation or abnormal uterine bleeding is present, these samples contain large numbers of epithelial cells, leukocytes and other nucleated cells, each carrying the complete DNA of the patient.[6][7][8][9][10][11] Current scientific evidence does not support any mechanism whereby oocytes are excreted into urine or stool, and there is no proof that national antibiotic or treatment policies were deliberately designed to promote “oocyte release”; the biological reality is that, in such conditions, what increases is the shedding of ordinary human cells, not eggs.[12][13][6][7][8] Nevertheless, inflamed genital, urinary and intestinal secretions are objectively rich sources of genetic material which, in principle, could be covertly collected by malicious insiders or organized criminal or extremist groups for unauthorized DNA harvesting, fabricated lineage or inheritance claims, targeted blackmail, or speculative future biotechnological misuse, in clear contradiction with international human‑rights and bioethics norms such as the Universal Declaration on the Human Genome and Human Rights.[14][15][16][4][17] For this reason, it is respectfully urged that States, international organizations and royal households — including the British Royal Family — ensure strict chain‑of‑custody procedures, independent oversight and legal safeguards for all biological samples taken from royal and high‑profile individuals, and that they recognize the bodily and genetic integrity of queens, princesses, duchesses and royal spouses as matters not only of personal privacy and security, but also of global human‑rights concern.[1][4][5]
