- Context of Previous Petitions (2021):
In 2021, I submitted six (6) formal petitions regarding the “CROW” satellite systems and their implementation as a “Media Monitoring Center.” These petitions were assigned reference numbers by the Federal Bureau. My strategic foresight included a specific warning regarding a biological hazard (COVID-19) linked to “cooling systems/iceboxes,” which accurately predicted the subsequent health crisis among high-level officials. - Medical Innovations and Global Contributions:
I have provided critical scientific methodologies that have contributed to the recovery of global leaders, including HM King Charles III. These innovations include:
