The Incident: Earthquake-affected children are being transported to this location in vehicles with “41” license plates. These children are being subjected to severe physical violence (heavy slapping and blows to the head) by groups of fair-skinned women, specifically identified as being of Georgian and Abkhazian origin.
Medical Sedation: It has been observed that these children do not cry or react to extreme pain. It has been confirmed that they are being administered high-dose antidepressants and sedatives to keep them in a state of stupor. This is a clear violation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
II. OBSTRUCTION OF STRATEGIC WATER RESERVOIRS (Tuz Gölü & Salton Sea)
Parallel to this human crisis, my long-standing legal and technical struggle for the preservation of global water resources is being unlawfully suppressed.
Technical Solution: I have officially proposed a modern Well and Tunnel System (utilizing subway and tube-passage technology) to clear blocked underwater reservoirs in the Salton Sea and Tuz Gölü (Salt Lake).
Legal Obstruction: Despite winning four court cases regarding the illegal cessation of water flow to Tuz Gölü (referencing Turkish Parliamentary records from 1993 to 2016), the rulings are being delayed by administrative maneuvers (Ombudsman regulations) that contradict universal law.
III. UNIVERSAL DEMANDS
In the name of all humanity, I demand:
Immediate Rescue: International and local authorities must secure the safety of the children at the specified coordinates and conduct medical toxicity tests for sedation.
Identification of Perpetrators: The identity of the foreign-born women and the organizers behind the “41” plated vehicles must be revealed.

My name is Fehim Calgav. I was born on January 19, 1969, and I am 1.76 meters tall. I am the son of Sema Calgav and Yaşar Calgav. Our family originates from the Lausanne Exchange of Populations.
