.📢 ATTENTION: YOUR HOME PIPES COULD BE “SPY ANTENNAS” AND “SPEAKERS”! 🚨I am sharing an incredible physical and cyber security breach to raise awareness. The simple natural gas and water pipes in your home can actually turn into a massive security vulnerability! What is happening? There has been continuous unauthorized excavation and removal of paving stones around the main Telecommunications Cabinets (Saha Dolabı) in front of my house. During these excavations, illegal physical connections were made between the telecom lines (HES cables) and our building’s natural gas and water pipes. The Result? A total nightmare:

·

·

  • Acoustic Leakage: I can clearly hear human conversations coming directly from the metal pipes in my home (even though they are painted)! Voices from the floors above, below, or near the street cabinet are echoing in every room through the pipes.
  • Side-Channel Attack: Hackers are “reflecting” the data from internet cables onto the metal pipes, turning them into antennas. With this method, they carry interior sounds outside and attempt to breach digital systems via electromagnetic signals on the pipes.
  • Physical Backdoor: This contact between pipes and cables has turned my home into a giant “intercom” system. The noise is unbearable!
    Why am I sharing this?
If you hear strange voices or humming from your pipes, or if you see pipes being “touched” or connected to telecom boxes outside, be very careful! This is not a plumbing error; it is a sophisticated eavesdropping and data theft method.
    What is the solution?
  • Dielectric Isolators: Metal continuity must be broken using plastic/non-conductive fittings at the point where pipes enter the building.
  • Grounding: Pipes must be connected to the building’s main grounding line to bury these “leakage” signals into the earth.
  • RF Shielding: Critical points should be armored with Conductive (RF Shielding) Paint.
Cybersecurity isn’t just in your computer; it’s in the pipes inside your walls! Please share this information so no one dismisses it as “just a noise.” It’s real!
